SERVICE UPGRADES AND CHANGES
All changes or upgrades to an existing service will be paid 100% in advance by the consumer requesting the change. Costs may include retirement of existing facilities. Please call the MEC office and request a change of service. You will be contacted for an appointment with a Staking Technician, who will estimate the cost.
If lines are moved, MEC will require a new easement from the current legal owner prior to relinquishing the old easement.
