Members can make a convenient payment, with cash or check, at our drive-thru window, weekdays from 8 am – 5 pm. Paying with a card? For your personal security, we ask that you pay inside.
Our Payment Hotline is free to use and accessible 24/7. Simply call 1-888-477-7340 and be prepared with your payment information and your account number.
Members can access SmartHub, MEC’s online account management portal, by visiting missoulaelectric.com and clicking, “Make a one-time payment,” in the top banner of the homepage.
By Smart Phone
Visit your phone’s app store and search for “SmartHub.” The app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices.
Detach the payment coupon from the bottom of your bill and enclose a completed coupon in the provided return envelope. Please allow sufficient time for mailing.
Recurring payments may be set up in your member account. If you prefer, you may download a Direct Pay Form from our website. Mail or deliver a completed form, with a voided check, to withdraw payments directly from your checking account.
