Energy Partners Annual Update

The past year was one of the most challenging years our community has faced, both personally and professionally. As we reflect on 2020, Energy Partners (EP) is shifting our focus to the positives, and taking time to celebrate the many accomplishments achieved during these unprecedented times. We entered into 2020 with a fresh new look. Modernizing our brand and updating everything from signage and banners, to staff uniforms and company trucks. We also opened our new Missoula facility, located off of North Reserve, at 3050 Stockyard Road. This facility features a brand-new fireplace showroom, with indoor heating products available at every price point.
In 2020, a top priority, was to offer greater efficiency to our customers. In order to achieve this, we introduced tank monitors throughout Western Montana. These cellular, satellite devices offer real-time propane usage, which allows us to monitor tanks more closely, and keep our auto-fill customer tanks from ever going empty. EP customers can also download the Neevo app, to personally monitor their propane usage. Implementing the new upgraded routing software has given Energy Partners an advantage over many of our competitors – we now have the staffing and tools in place to provide the best customer service.
Throughout the summer, we offered a variety of customer promotions. EP welcomed the warmer months with our Summer Fill Promotion, offering customers discounted fill rates, which then rolled right into our Pre-Buy Contract Season. Another highlight of summer, was our Customer Service Representative (CSR) Retreat. Energy Partners believes in continuing education for our staff and creating a culture of positivity. The CSR Retreat provided our team with the tools needed to not only benefit our customers, but also our staff. The trainings we attended helped us fine-tune our customer service skills and helped us to create a sense of unity within the organization, which can be a challenge with multiple offices spread throughout Western Montana. To round-out a successful summer, we also had the pleasure of supporting local programs, like 4-H. Along with making purchases at the 4-H Livestock Sale, EP also donated tack buckets to local 4-H members.
As a local business, cost-savings is important to not only us, but to our customers, as well. With that in mind, one of our goals in 2020, was to expand and grow storage capacity. Growing storage capacity gives us the opportunity to purchase and store propane, when pricing is low, which allows us to pass savings on to our customers. We are also more prepared to keep our customers safe and warm during bitter Montana winters, which is a top priority.
In 2021, EP will open the doors to a newly-constructed Hamilton office, which will be located on Highway 93 South, just past Alpine Granite. Construction on the building is expected to conclude this spring. We are also excited to expand our footprint into the Drummond area. Although we have already been serving customers in the area, EP will now have a permanent home office.
As January begins, Energy Partners would like to express our most sincere thanks and appreciation to our valued customers. Whether you’re in the market for a new fireplace, you’re needing to create or update your customer account, or you want to stop by and meet our team, we look forward to welcoming you to one of our seven Western Montana locations in Missoula, Seeley Lake, Thompson Falls, Superior, Ronan, Drummond or Hamilton.
