Appliance Incentive Request Form

To File for Your Rebate

Applicant must have an active account with Missoula Electric Cooperative.

1. Purchase a qualifying appliance and apply for the incentive within six months of purchase.
2. Upload the following documentation along with the form:
  - Copy of sales receipt showing appliance model number(s) and quantity.
  - Proof of ENERGY STAR listing of appliance.

Missoula Electric Cooperative will credit the amount of the rebate to your MEC account when a qualifying a ENERGY STAR washer or dryer is purchased and installed in our service area. If you have questions about which models qualify, ask your retailer, call Missoula Electric Cooperative or visit the ENERGY STAR website for a complete list of qualifying models. Qualifying models are subject to change.

Qualifying ENERGY STAR Clothes Washer: $30 – $35 Rebate
Qualifying ENERGY STAR Clothes Dryer: $50 Rebate
