Key milestones included the installation of tanks and the delivery of an impressive volume to our valued customers—an increase from the preceding year. This reflects the deep engagement of our team and the collaborative spirit that defines our organization.
Within our organizational framework, the team has expanded significantly. We welcomed several accomplished individuals who bring fresh perspective and skills to enrich our innovation and potential.
Energy Partners surpassed targets for gallons delivered, underscoring our commitment to meeting the propane needs of our customers. Welcoming new customers into the fold further expanded our influence in the industry.
Strategically, installing a storage facility in Phillipsburg marked a turning point. The installation enhanced operational efficiency and emphasized our commitment to timely and reliable service across the region. Our plan to add tanks annually over the next five years reflects our dedication to excellent service offerings and addressing logistical gaps.
Integrating the Cargas software system was a significant technological milestone which elevated experiences for both employees and customers. This necessary upgrade improved communication and operational efficiency.
We hosted many successful customer appreciation events, deepening ties within the communities we serve. Additionally, we joined MEC at their district meetings, solidifying our collaboration and industry engagement. An example of our dedication to the communities we serve is a recent donation to the Seeley Lake Change Your Pace Challenge. We are deeply invested in the success of our community partners.
Energy Partners’ commitment to quality and sustainability materialized in establishing an in-house tank refurbishment program, with ongoing efforts to streamline this process for efficiency.
Moreover, 2023 brought national recognition. EP earned a spot among the top 50 propane companies in the U.S. Our story was featured in LP Gas Magazine, and is a testament to our dedication to excellence in the propane industry.
