Landlord Agreement

Did you know that landlords can arrange for rental properties to automatically transfer back into their name when a tenant makes a stop service request? Simply review, complete and sign the Landlord Automatic Transfer Agreement and return it to the Co-op in person, by mail or fax. Once you have received an enrollment confirmation, there should be no interruption of electric service between the former tenant and future tenant.

Please note that we do not include delinquent accounts in the Landlord Agreement for confidentiality purposes.
